Purchasing

Purchase and delivery is subject to availability of the product required and receipt of payment made to Chic Linen by the customer.

In a case where a customer wishes to cancel an already paid and processed order, a 9% admin fee will be payable to Chic Linen. A lay-buy option is available over Two Months.

Payment options

Payment for orders of Chic Linen products may be made through Direct Bank Deposit, EFT, Paypal or Cheque deposit to our FNB – bank account. Bank details are provided upon orders. ALL ordered products are only released after due payment has been cleared and received by Chic Linen .

Speedy Delivery

Product orders with confirmed payments are processed and shipped within 7 working days. Depending on the delivery service used, customers should receive their products within 14 working days from payment received date.

Exports

Chic Linen products are available to the South African public. The possibility of shipping outside SA borders should be enquired first.

Return and Refund 

All our products are guaranteed of high-quality standards (our promise to you) and should you, for any reason, want to return the product you purchased, you may return it to Chic Linen within 14 days (in its original state and package). A full refund on the cost of the product will be paid to you within 14 days. In this case, a customer needs to ensure that the product is secured, returned and delivered to Chic Linen.
